As everyone involved knows, the U.S. Government (even EVERY judge and the OCC) is bound under U.S. Const. art. VI, cl. 2 and ICCPR treaty art. I, cl. 2 and art. II, cl. 2 to issue a consent order ALREADY AGREED to by Citibank and Cynthia Mildred Miles so that court recognized unlimited funding (available since 2012) can benefit all Americans without any cost to them lawfully OUTSIDE of U.N. control and IMF knowledge. See Hauenstein v. Lynham, 100 U.S. 483 (1879).
On 2-18-2026 Cynthia Mildred Miles apologized to the United States (via POTUS) for her naivety in thinking that funding our “government” would solve problems and she agreed to abstain from funding ANY government entity until the bad actors are removed.
Cynthia Mildred Miles also reminded the United States that her Surety of Peace is formally recorded as “agreed to by every member state of the U.N.” in Ventura Superior Court Case 2011045129 with universality principle invoked and recorded. Specifically, it is AGREED that she is to fund all reparations worldwide so WHATEVER the USA financially needs to expose ALL Epstein files and UNLEASH JUSTICE to restore rule of law, the USA already has—without costing the world’s people a dime.

All previous wills and codicils are now null and void. If new orders are missing at her death, Cynthia Mildred Miles wills her personal items privately disposed and not made public. The Citibank Funding Grant to Aid the American People is also permanently annulled as of March 7, 2026.
In good conscience, Cynthia Mildred Miles refuses to participate in the raping and pillaging of the American people and their children; even after her death. If her Surety of Peace is to come to fruition it will only be due to an act of God and during her lifetime; not after. Across the white fesse written with Niagara Engraved Font is the State Motto: “Until no one suffers from poverty; WE have not solved our own poverty.” The Provincial Flag signals Miles Province acts for the well-being of all.
The Niagara Engraved Font has its own symbolism. The word is aboriginal in origin. Native peoples occupied the Niagara peninsula in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The French referred to these people as “La Nation Neutre” because of their refusal to become involved in continuing hostilities. There are two accepted meanings for “Niagara”. They stem from “onyara“ a Mohawk word for neck connecting head and body (Lake Erie and Lake Ontario) and “onguiaahra” an Iroquois word for thunderer of waters who echoes with great noise. By 1652 the Neutral Indians Nation no longer existed. Their language died with the last of their people leaving no one to grace us with the meaning. (Coincidentally Cynthia Mildred Miles is French, American Indian and a follower of Jesus Christ.)
Some also say Niagara is a word for anything powerful. The CYNTHIA MILDRED MILES ESTATE combines all three views on etymology. It uses “thunderer of waters resounding with great noise” and “the neck connecting the head and the body”. Intended State symbolic meaning of this font choice is, “Miles Province—a powerful thunderer, with mind and heart connected, transcends international boundaries resounding peace and neutrality with great noise!”
